Withdrawal Notice

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract for paid gallery packages or paid gallery upgrades within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

2. Exercising withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Weyfie by a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

3. Meeting the deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

4. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the notice of withdrawal is received.

The same payment method used for the original transaction will be used for the refund unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

5. Immediate start of service for paid galleries

Paid galleries and paid gallery upgrades are technically provided by Weyfie immediately after purchase. Checkout therefore asks for express consent to the immediate start of service.

Without this consent, purchase is not possible. The right of withdrawal is lost only if the statutory requirements are met.

6. Free plan

The free plan is exempt from this required consent because no payment is due.
